I bought a crate load of honey this spring in preparation for the hyke in prices following the discovery of empty hives and dead or dieing bees due to a mysterious bee disease that had attacked them over the winter. There were reports of disapeared bees and half pollulated hives. I love honey and think it is one of many gifts Nature gives that we often take for granted.
